Delivery methods

Posti - The Finnish National Post

Small size orders are delivered as a letter directly to your delivery address by mail. Bigger packages are delivered to your nearest postoffice where you can pick it up. You will receive a notice when the package has arrived and is ready for pick up. 

Postnord-

We use Postnord shipping for packages in the European Union. Postnord packages are delivered directly to your shipping address. In most cases the courier will call to ensure the convenience of scheduled delivery time.

UPS, DHL

We also have UPS and DHL as a shipping method available upon request.

Deliverytime

Deliverytime in Finland is 1-5 working days. In scandinavia 2-5 working days and other parts of the European Union approximately 3-7 working days and to other parts of the world 7-15 working days. In case of a delay we will contact the customer directly.
 Danjana is not responsible for delays caused by the custom clearance in the designated country.

Deliveryfees

Shipping and handling fees are based on the total weight of the order. The delivery fees are charged with the order and they are not refunded in case of return or exchange.  All our prices are marked in Euros and include the Value added tax 24%.  Please notice when ordering outside the EU, import taxes and custom fees may be added to the order.
